Hey. I am typing on a good keyboard now.
What I really wanted to say is, pardon me for talking just about myself - I really do hate bragging - but seriously I gotta tell you, I hate the sound of my voice. I do! And I always have. I hate the watery young tone of my voice, and I can't listen to myself sing, at all. I don't know why people say they loved my singing or anything, because I hate the sound my voice makes. I just needed to get that off my chest. But, you're thinking, 'Why do you sing so much? Around the house and at school and everywhere?' I sing because I really really enjoy it. I know that doesn't make sense, me not really liking the sound of my voice, but its true. I enjoy letting yourself go, being another person for a few minutes, pretending to be the character in the song, to let yourself feel the emotion the songs gives you. I love just singing and singing. I also like it when people actually enjoy my singing (thats always a plus). Well thanks for listening. Also, be prepared to hear me sing a lot more, because I am going to make a career of singing no matter what. I just love it that much.

All that I know is I'm breathing
Hello out there. Yeesh its been a while. I have been feeling guilty for not posting, but my wrists have been sore, and I had nothing to talk about. I still don't have much to talk about at the moment.
My nephews are coming down for the week, because of my sisters engagement party. They are Riley, Brodie and Darcy (all boys). They are very cute, but the only annoying thing is when they want to play cricket in 40 degree heat for hours on end. Oivey!
I just had Subway. I like Subway very muchly. Yesterday I went to the town library to borrow the book 'Diary of Anne Frank' (I adore it, though its so sad. I've read it once, but it was for school so I didn't enjoy it much). I also borrowed 'Streisand - the biography' (I don't know if I'll enjoy it.) And 'Learn Dutch in 3 months' (I couldn't find a french one so I'm learning Dutch now).
I have made 3 other youtube videos, two of them wouldn't post due to copyright issues (damn). But you can check my other one out on youtube. It probably won't interest you though. Just comment if you wan't to see it.

Who Has Youtube Channels?
I'm really curious, who has a youtube channel around here? I guess I'm really asking Kaitlin 'do you have a youtube channel?' If you do, please tell me.
My computers very hot atm. And I don't mean good looking hot. I mean my hands are starting to hurt.

Hello out there.
I suppose I should post something. I just had dinner, and I am about to watch Amercias next top model (yeah yeah yeah, throw whatever your holding at me) and yeah...I'm listening to Funny Girl. Its good. Watch the movie. Now.
Don't you reckon that all the famous clothes and make up designers who are kind of old now dress absolutely ridiculously? Seriously, in this magazine I saw a picture of this designer, and she looked awful! She had bright blue eyeshadow, her white/gray hair and crazy spots on her cheeks which I think are blush. Anyway, enough of that.
Call every girl who is getting married a 'sadie' (pronounced SAY-dee). She won't get it, you won't get it, but I will.
I really want my hair to look like Alice Cullens, but also like Daisy Gambles, but also I like how mine looks like for some reason. I hate managing hair right now without a fringe, so I'll go nuts if I got a fringe. I'm really tired, so my blog isn't making sense.
I'll leave you with this statement:

This is so exciting!

I know most people will roll their eyes at me and just disapprovingly say 'Steph' at this blog entry, but I just had to show my excitement!!!! When I parents were cleaning out the house, they found the bible of all Streisand fanatics! Its the 'Barbra - the first decade'. It has gorgeous pictures and stories of Barbra Streisand when she was in her early 20's. I liked her best in the 1960's, and I really wanted this! Oh, the fortunate fortunes when you have a Streisand fan as a mother!!! I am reading it now...

Twilight fanatics everywhere

Its exhausting to see so many Twilight fans and Twilight skins and stuff. Not that I don't like Twilight, I worship the books and the movie and I adore it and I will marry Edward one day, but because so many people like something, I often feel part of the crowd. I want to branch out. Listen to other music, read other books, watch other movies. I guess that is why I am obsessed with different things. I don't like people telling me what to listen to (aka the top 40. It may be their top 40, but not mine!) and watch. That is why instead of listening to whatevers 'in' I listen to
other music. Take Barbra Streisand for example. She's not 'in' (duh) and sure, I don't really listen to the music she puts out now, I don't really like the stuff much. I adore her early 60's songs where she would belt out everything from old jazz tunes to comedic songs. Also, I really like acoustic pop easy listening tunes like Regina Spektor or Kate Miller-Heidke. I am always looking for other music to listen to, because music is a big part of my life. So please, don't mock me for listening to different music, I don't mock your music (....much....).
Success!
Yay!
I have finally completed one of my 'to do' list tasks for the 2009 holidays! Its a video (excerpts from the movie 'On a clear day you can see forever' with the song 'A Daisy Through Concrete' its about the character Daisy Gamble in the movie. (If you haven't seen the movie, Daisy is the one with the red bob). You may not enjoy this vid to the fullest if you haven't seen the movie. Its a good movie. I'll give you a short synopsis of it:
Its about a kooky young woman (Daisy Gamble) who can hear phones before they ring, do wonders with flowers and can see into past lives. When she stumbles upon a hypnotist she finds to try and help her to quit her smoking addiction, she goes under hypnosis, and tells the hypnotist of a past life where her name was Melinda Tentrees. After a few sessions of hypnosis, the hypnotist falls in love with Melinda, and Daisy falls in love with the hypnotist. Well, I'm getting a little confused myself so just watch the movie. I have it at my place to borrow.
I don't own the video or the audio. The video is below this post, but if it doesn't work, the URL is here:

Dog on the Tuckerbox
Hello Everyone.
I just spent my 2 days of the weekend in good 'ol Canberra. We did a lot, I saw my whole family and attended a funeral. It was good to see everyone again, but it was under terribly tragic circumstances. For 2 and a half hours I avoided engaging in the very in-depth conversations between my Dad, Mum, Uncle and Nana (I achieved this by tuning out and listening to my iPod for quite some time. Its good I uploaded songs the day before we went). My battery lasted the way there and back (just). So I caught up with my cousins and laughed a lot. (Thats the trouble with having a family like mine - a terribly funny sense of humour).
I adore the smell of scones but don't adore the taste much.
I want to learn French. And piano. And to have a great sense of humour. And to laugh at myself.
